Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" refers to FutureGen Tutoring Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England & Wales.

• "You", "your", "Student" refers to any individual or guardian who books or attends our services.

• "Services" means any online tuition, coaching, or materials provided by us, including live lessons, recorded content, resources, and predicted exam papers.

• "Session" means a scheduled 60-minute one-on-one lesson delivered via Microsoft Teams.

• "Materials" means all lesson plans, handouts, worksheets, slides, quizzes, exam papers, or other content created by us.

2. Provision of Services

1. Scope: We provide one-on-one online tuition in:

   • KS2 & KS3:Mathematics and Science

   • GCSE & A‑Level: Maths (GCSE ONLY) ,Biology and Chemistry across major examination boards

   • Medical School Application Support: UCAT preparation, interview coaching, personal statement guidance

   • Predicted Exam Papers: Custom GCSE & A‑Level practice tests- 

   • We create custom practice papers for GCSE and A‑Level based on past exam papers, current syllabi, and our tutor’s professional analysis.

   • These papers are provided for practice purposes only; they do not represent actual exam content and cannot guarantee performance or exact alignment with future exam questions.

   • Usage of Predicted Exam Papers is limited to personal study. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use of these papers is strictly prohibited.

   • We may update or revise predicted papers at any time to reflect syllabus changes or exam board updates.

2. Delivery Platform: Sessions are usually held via Microsoft Teams. You must ensure a stable internet connection and a compatible device.

3. Tutor: All tuition is delivered by our FutureGen tutors, ensuring continuity and personalized support.

3. Booking & Access

1. Booking:

   • Email us at futuregentuition1@gmail.com or Call us at the number provided with your requested date, time, and subject.

   • We confirm availability, assign a Session slot, and request payment.

2. Access:

   • Upon payment, you will receive a unique Microsoft Teams link for your Session.

   • Do not share your Teams link or allow others to join under your booking.

4. Fees & Payment

1. Fees: Our standard rate per 60‑minute Session is detailed on our website and in your invoice.

2. Payment Terms:

   • Payment in full is due in advance of the scheduled Session.

   • We accept bank transfer or credit/debit card via our payment provider.

3. Late Payment:

   • Payments not received within 7 days of invoicing incur a 5% late fee.

   • We reserve the right to suspend future Sessions until all outstanding fees are settled.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Student Cancellations:

   • Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice incur no charge.

   • Cancellations under 24 hours before the Session incur a 50% charge.

   • No‑shows or cancellations after the Session start time forfeit the full fee.

2. Company Cancellations:

   • If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled Session at no extra cost.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation.

   • For multi‑Session packages, unused Sessions may be refunded pro‑rata, subject to a £20 administration fee.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All Materials remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive licence to use Materials for personal study only.

2. Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from Materials without our prior written consent.

7. Student Conduct & Technical Requirements

1. Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully toward the tutor and comply with our instructions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

2. Academic Integrity: Submitted work must be your own. Any form of plagiarism or cheating in practice exams will result in removal from the program without refund.

3. Technical Requirements: You must provide a reliable internet connection, working webcam, and microphone. We are not liable for technical issues on your end.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

1. No Guarantees: While we strive to improve your performance, we do not guarantee specific grades, UCAT scores, or interview outcomes.

2. Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

3. Exclusion of Indirect Losses: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data necessary for service delivery, communications, and legal compliance.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non‑public information, including personal data and proprietary Materials, obtained during the provision of Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

• Updated Terms will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

• We may notify you of significant updates by email at our discretion.
