Refund, Return and cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It explains your rights and obligations when cancelling, rescheduling or seeking a refund for any paid FutureGen Tutoring session or package.
1. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to all one‑on‑one online tuition sessions and multi‑session packages ("Services") provided by FutureGen Tutoring.
2. Student Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard Notice

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time will incur no charge, and you may:

Receive a full credit for a future session; or
-
Request a direct refund (see Section 4).

Short Notice
-
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time incur a 50% session fee. The remaining 50% may be:

Applied as credit toward a future session; or
-
Refunded at your choice (see Section 4).

No‑Shows & Late Arrivals

If you fail to attend or arrive after the session has started, the full session fee is forfeited and no credit or refund is available.

3. Company‑Initiated Cancellations

Rescheduling Offer

If FutureGen Tutoring must cancel or postpone a session, we will offer you the choice of:

A rescheduled session at no additional cost; or
-
A full refund for that session.

4. Refunds

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us with your booking details and preferred resolution (credit or refund).

Processing Time
-
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.

Method of Refund

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Wix Payments or bank transfer).

If the original method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative with you.

5. Multi‑Session Packages

Unused Sessions
-
If you have purchased a block of multiple sessions (e.g., 5 or 10 sessions), and wish to terminate early, any unused sessions may be:

Credited toward future sessions; or
-
Refunded on a pro‑rata basis, less a £20 administration fee.

Expiry of Package Credit

Credits for cancelled sessions must be used within 6 months of the original booking date or they will expire.

6. No Physical Returns

This Policy does not cover the return of physical goods, as all Services are delivered digitally.
7. Predicted Exam Papers

Product Description:

Predicted Exam Papers are digital materials created by our tutor and delivered via email or direct download.

Delivery & Acceptance:
-
Once we deliver the predicted papers, they are deemed accepted by you, and you gain immediate access.

Cancellation & Refunds:

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel digital content is waived once delivery has commenced with your prior consent. By purchasing predicted papers, you acknowledge and agree to immediate delivery and waive your statutory cancellation rights.

We do not offer refunds for predicted papers

Defective Materials:

If you identify an error or defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will correct and replace the specific sections at our discretion.

8. Amendments to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.

The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.

Any changes will apply to bookings and purchases made after the date of update.
